I have a client with 15 lots in Pilot Point for 11K a piece. She owns them free and clear and isn't in too much of a rush to sell, but would dump them to to make a quick 15K (paid 10K per lot).
Have a lot of lists from banks around the area that have foreclosed on developers. I'll see what they are selling them for.
