Commercial Refinances

I know there are almost no banks doing non owner occupied commercial loans right now, but are there any that are still refinancing shopping centers?

below 70% LTV
6.5M Loan Amount
100% occupied by major tenants (McDonalds, 24 Hr Fitness, Blockbuster to name a few)
