We buy and loan (hard money commercial) TEXAS

We have plenty of money in 200k-3 million amount to loan in texas. mainly metro areas.
we will do cashouts (ex: 20k feet office building at 400k cash, apt 350k, land 300k, all cashouts)
of course we will do purhase money too.

Give our group a chance to buy distressed notes and properties. apts, retail(i have a buyer for distressed retail right now)

before you ask about rate, it varies. Most recent hard money was a 14% and 3 points for 36 months.(commercial)
