I have a lead on a group of new properties. Value 160,000 with new comps and older comps in subdivision that ave appreciated recently. Meaning the ones that sold in the last year have went up in value in this subdivision and thhere are nes sales comps to compare also. Can pick up a group of four for 75% of value.
