I recently found a 4plex in SA, TX that is in execllent condition and has 4 tenants already. I just need help coming up with the 10k deposit for the owner finance. It has no mortgage on it at all its 100% owned by an old family friend. If you invest i will return 50% on top of the original amount. So 15K will be returned if you invest all 10k.
