If any of you need help with BPOs/CMAs on your deals, give me a shout. I regularly do BPOs daily for asset managers...
Also, I own and operate a property preservation and contracting company. We are currently working on several homes for a large RE fund in Dallas but have room to take on some new projects. Our crew is constantly growing and ummm we speak Spanish!
